Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is within walking distance of the airport terminals and located in the new Circle district—an urban location with various shops, restaurants, the iconic Convention Center and an extensive park. There is no dedicated parking for Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport, but they offer discounted rates for parking for hotel guests.
Award Booking Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle
I used 30K Hyatt points on the day of arrival to book a Club Access Room since no standard rooms were available.
How to walk to Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle from the terminal
You will find well-posted signs at the car rental, elevators and all over the terminals to go to “The Circle” (see image below)

Once you are in the “circle”, I recommend walking towards the stores Anecdote & Oracle and you will see a Hyatt Regency sign with elevators to the lobby level (see images below). This is the easiest way to reach the check-in counter if you have luggage.

Check-in and Globalist Recognition
We checked in around 12.30pm and the front desk agent checked us in quickly and explained the locations of the gym, club and the next morning breakfast area. There was no globalist recognition and I was told there were “none available” when I enquired about suite upgrades, even though the Hyatt app was showing there were two standard suites available for the same day booking. I did not want to argue with the front desk since I was only staying for one night.
Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport, The Circle Lobby
The lobby is beautifully designed with thoughtful and unique architecture.

Wi-Fi Speed
Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle has some of the fastest Wi-Fi speeds I have ever seen in any hotel.

Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle Club Access Room
I was pleasantly surprised by the room design, as I was not expecting much from an airport hotel.

I noticed the room air conditioner was not cooling down below 20 degrees centigrade, even when the thermostat was lowered to 18 degrees. This seems to be a trend for European Hyatt’s since I noticed the same thing at Andaz Prague (review).
Regency Club
Our room was right next to the Regency Club, which has the most elegant design out of all the Hyatt Regency Clubs I have ever been to so far during my travels. This particular club does not serve breakfast, which is at the main Babel restaurant in the lobby.

Regency Club serves a very tasty evening bite-sized dishes (hummus, bread, fruit, salmon) and wine (6 to 8pm).

Bar & Restaurant

Globalist Breakfast
There was a full buffet and an available menu-based ordering service for the Globalist breakfast. You will be provided with several sheets of menus and pencils to fill out your choice of items (see image below).

Breakfast menu was extensive with all the necessary items (bread, sausages, fruit etc.,). We really enjoyed the full breakfast served at the Hyatt Circle.
Fitness Center
The hotel has a fully equipped fitness center (TechnoGym) on the 8th floor and the only things I noticed missing are yoga mats and ice-cold towels.

Dry Sauna
I am a huge dry sauna fan and even purchased a Costco outdoor sauna for my personal use at home (review). It is very rare to come across saunas at airport hotels and the last one I experienced was in Helsinki Airport Hilton (review).
The sauna at this hotel was built inside the bathrooms so we could not sit together as a couple. After a brief workout, I enjoyed two sessions of dry sauna bathing at this hotel and it was as good as the sauna I experienced at the Eriro hotel in Austria (review).

Conclusion
Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is one of the best airport hotels I have come across so far during my travels. The rooms are good sized, with comfortable beds and pillows along with a fully equipped gym and an amazing sauna. If you are a Globalist, I encourage you to come here (instead of Park Hyatt Zurich) to experience the beautiful club lounge with tasty evening meals.
