Park Hyatt is located in Hyderabad’s Banjara Hills, featuring 209 elegantly designed rooms and suites along with 41 private residences.

Award Booking Park Hyatt Hyderabad

Park Hyatt Hyderabad is very reasonably priced and standard rooms can be booked using 9K Chase/Hyatt points (see images below).

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Check-in & Lobby

There was an immediate Globalist recognition at the front desk and they informed us we had been upgraded to a Park Suite King for the duration of our stay with a free breakfast & valet parking as needed. Park Hyatt Hyderabad is a massive tower located in a busy shopping center, and it was interesting to see a two-story Brooks Brothers store across the street.

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Park Suite

You won’t believe the size of the Park Suite until you enter inside and you will be greeted with a very large living room big enough to fit a full sectional sofa, dining table and a guest toilet (see images below).

Front toilet area has its own closet space to hang clothes.

Suite Bedroom

The suite bedroom is equally massive with a queen bed (not a king, surprisingly) and a whole section of wall-to-wall seating toward one end of the room (see images below). There is plenty of closet space to store all your clothes and shoes.

Suite Bathroom

Notable Negative Aspects of the Suite

  • The biggest drawback of the suite is the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom. We had to request a large pedestal fan to blow the cool air from the bedroom into the bathroom and left it on during our stay.
  • The room air conditioner is locked to 18 degrees centigrade, and it took a while to cool down to the designated level.

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Spa

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool

There is an outdoor swimming pool (heated to lukewarm temperature) at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad, which I noticed to be used by several people every day.

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Fitness Center

The fitness center has decent TechnoGym equipment along with plenty of water bottles and towels. I did not take any pictures of the gym due to active use by guests every time I visited.

Globalist Breakfast

Park Hyatt Hyderabad has an extensive buffet (very good cereals, fruits, breads) along with regional dishes (dosa, vada, uthappam) and an omelette station to make eggs any style. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday without getting bored of the variety. There was a separate dessert section with daily fresh assortments. It was incredible to see a large number of staff helping guests seat, taking breakfast orders and taking care of every need. For example, I requested grapes (I did not see them at the buffet bar) one day and the associate made sure I received them daily for breakfast throughout my stay.

Park Hyatt Hyderabad Restaurants

There are a few well-rated restaurants inside the hotel which we tried during our stay.

Tre-Forni Restaurant

This is an Italian restaurant with decent pizzas and pastas along with several wines. While the restaurant’s design and decor are nice, the sofa upholstery has many stains and could use resurfacing.

RIKA

This is an Asian restaurant which serves sushi, dim sum, and signature Teppan dishes.

Conclusion

Park Hyatt Hyderabad offers excellent Globalist recognition and it is a pleasure to stay in the massive suites and enjoy the generous breakfast here. It is one of the lowest priced Park Hyatt’s in the world (when paying with points) and suites can be booked (well in advance) for as low as 13k Hyatt points.
