Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá Lobby & Check-in
The entire hotel has a classic look and is tastefully decorated with a unique architecture. The front desk staff were polite and issued us a one-level upgrade for the room (Classic to Premium) along with a 90 Euro dining credit. The $100 experience credit varies by the hotel and at this particular hotel it was only available for dining.
Premium Room
Premium Room has every possible accessory that can be imagined (luggage rack, closet, bathrobes, slippers, beautiful bathroom with marble tiles, tub, heated tower drying rack etc.,). We only wish the mattress was king sized, as it was too tight for two people to sleep comfortably.
Dining – Fénix Cocktail Bar
We spent around 100 Euros when we went to dine in Fénix Cocktail Bar which took care of the 90 Euro credit from the Amex (food and wine were very good).
