Chase UR points are some of the most valued transferable point currencies (https://awardcracker.com/do-not-waste-your-credit-points-on-travel-portals/#ib-toc-anchor-11). Chase lets you transfer Ultimate Rewards (UR) from another household personal Chase account to your account or vice versa. You will have to call customer service to set it up and they will ask for the card number and name of your household member to complete the process. You will soon see the household member’s account appear on your “Combine Points” page. See the image below for my wife’s Chase account (her cards are all black and my card is listed in blue in the bottom right corner).
How to get a second household Chase account
A second household Chase account is incredibly handy for pooling points if you have a 3rd family member also earning UR points. For this to work, both yourself and the family member must have business UR points earning credit cards (e.g., Ink Cash, Unlimited, Preferred etc.,). You have to call Chase Ink customer service and request to combine your partner’s business account with your business account. They will ask for the name and business credit card number (any of the Ink family) of the business partner to complete the merge.
In the image below you will see that my 3rd family member’s business account has been merged with my wife’s business account.

Once the accounts are linked, moving points between them is very easy (see image below).

Conclusion
It is a well established fact that Chase allows a single personal household account to merge UR points. Many people don’t know that Chase also allows a separate business household account, which only works if two individuals in the same household have Chase business cards and are considered business partners.
