Radisson Blu Oslo Airport Hotel is linked to Oslo Airport, Gardermoen (OSL) terminal by a covered walkway and it is a very convenient place to spend a night when you are taking a morning flight to the US.
I used points + cash option to book a family room at the hotel, which typically costs around $200 USD.
Check-in at the front desk
The front desk agent recognized my Radisson VIP status (from a recent free status match) and graciously upgraded me to a suite which typically costs around $400 USD per night (see image below). They also offered me a free breakfast and 20% dining discount at their restaurant.
Radisson Blu Suite
I have never seen such a spacious airport hotel suite before in my life. The suite has a half-bath next to the entrance and there is a large dining room and living room with futon that turns into a double bed. The bedroom is also spacious with a king mattress, closet with robes and slippers along with a full bathroom with shower and bath tub.
Conclusion
Radisson Blu Oslo Airport Hotel is my favorite hotel to stay at the Oslo Airport. Even their basic rooms are designed flawlessly and they have excellent Wi-Fi connection speed (80-100 mbps) and great customer service.
